I note many complaints in motorhome facts about the poor service by Lowdam leisure world. Has any one had a problem with the service department wrt their caravan.? I currently have a very serious complaint against Lowdaham service dept and about how they are dealing with it. e.g not returning my calls, not doing what they say they are going to do. There has been a history of poor service since buying from them but this last incident is of a magnitude which defies belief (the sales dept are great by the way )However before I air the detail I would like to give them a final chance by writing to their MD. I would be thankful for anyone who can reveal the MD's name so that I can address him/her personally as I have drawn a blank elsewhere. Postings on what members think of the sevice they get would also be welcomed. Brick wall

Thanks for that, for the moment being the fair person I am (well would like to think so) I should give them another chance to behave in a decent way as any other co would before I air the detail in public. What I have to say is very shocking and I would hope that senior management would also think so and kick some bums to get it sorted They seem to be secretive normally one would find directors names on notepaper etc or a co structure on a web site but no, I cannot find a senior name anywhere, there is company house I suppose.

I have the names of the senior people now and I have written to the person in charge of the site I have an issue with. They have had the letter 3 days now and I have not yet had an acknowledgement. I rang the service department again this morning and asked for someone to call me back with progress about the issue with my van. I did not receive a call. I cannot understand the lack of courtesy from this department those in sales, parts or the shop, are great people to deal with. Brick wall

Sadly this is happening far to much nowdays, MHF is full of un happy buyers of new vans. I dont know why but i do know there are many of happy owners on MHF too. I think they should stop taking so many orders and rushing them if they cannot provide the QC on them. and the dealers well thats another issue.

Get some advice >> HERE << or give them a ring, i got the number from a poster on MHF today.

[I was given the name of the (supposed) general manager to whom I wrote about three months ago. I have not had any acknowledgement of him receiving the letter. I even wonder if the name given is a ficticious one that causes letters addressed to him to go straight into the 'round filing tray' under the desk! I have been waiting seven months for issues to be even started to get resolved.
