I see new arrivals to the caravan mover market, but having researched all obvious makes like Truma, Powertouch, reich and even the lower end cheapies like enduro, there is only one worth purchasing which is the Power touch. It comes with full 5 year guarantee backed up with what I have experienced as unsurpassed company commitment. When spending up to £1000 on a peice of kit you need to know that you are going to get the quality of product as well as the back up if anything happens. In my experience and friends alike, ONLY choose Power touch

Had a Truma on my Bessacar. Van weighed 31.5cwt and it moved it easily. Seem to be a lot of comments on the web about what excellent service Power Touch give when you have problems. My Truma never gave any trouble in over 4 years of hard work so seems pretty reliable to me and never needed service of any sort.. I suppose you pays your money you takes your choice.
Regards.

I have just fitted with my Dad the Enduro, and for £600 it went on like a dream. Works real fine moving up and down my drive and its well built.
So I would recommend the Enduro save yourself a whole bundle of cash.

I agree that you can buy other good products and that you dont want ot hear about "what if it fails" but at leats with power Touch they offer the best guarantee just in case. How do the others provide their back up especially the new comers?

Absolutely you have to trust what you are given, however there is no better than word of mouth from friends and I haven't heard one bad word about Power touch and I dont think the others can give the 5 year nationwide guarantee coverage. Apart from that you takes your chances!!

The other way to look at it is mine cost £600 so if it does packup in 3 years time out of warranty then I can spend another £600 and get another one.
That breaks even for £1200 of the others.
I know what you are saying, though!

Hi, I had a Reich mover fitted on my van as thats what my local dealer supplys and recomends around £850 fitted it does the job very well indeed
as long as your battery is in good nick,a tip that may help some people is on
gravel, shale or wet/soft grass a solid jockey wheel may dig inin this case
fit a pnumatic jockey wheel it will make all the difference Very Happy

We have had a Reich now for 4 faultless years, originally selected on its perceived technical superiority and the exemplary reliability of a friends unit.

Several other acquaintances have Powertouch and speak highly of the support they have received from them!

I hear now that Powrtouch are bringing out a revolutionary NEW mover. I have seen their DVD's and it looks FANTASTIC!!! Cant wait to see it in the flesh. This should be the best mover on the market without a doubt.
