The only thing i have hear about with the Alko is that it can hit the handbrake and knock it on but that was only on vans where the clearance was not enough.
It could have been thinking about that when the alko is down you cant pull the handbrake on but it was a long time back so my memory is sketchy, also not sure what vans it did this on.
Sorry not much help i know |

I have a winterhoff and it works real fine, now reported problems easy to she when the pads need changing, just remember to keep your tow ball grease free and if anyone else gets near it with a greasy tow ball get the degreaser out first! |
