I'm happy to say that buying from this dealer was a pleasure, buying a second hand caravan from them was a doddle and the price was fair after checking many private caravan sellers, dealers and ebay etc. They checked that my car was a good match for the caravan I had chosen, said that I could store it with them for 10 weeks while I looked for storage, and that if I wanted to take it out inbetween times just to give them a call. The fella taking us through how things worked on the caravan was very pleasant and helpful, and told us to ring there technical department if we had any problems at a later date, and even though the salesman had forgot to put down the amount of gas cylinders we had agreed on they were happy to take my word that it was two as agreed. I felt as total newbies to caravanning that I was in no way intimidated into asking those embarrassing questions as i.e "how do u flush the loo" what tyre pressure for the spare wheel etc. Even checked out how my tv would work with the ariel and he offered to lend me a cd to check out the player. All in all would be confident to go back if I had any problems, just hoping I don't get many haha, just pleased to be able to say something positive about a dealer.
Have just bought my van privately and got a good deal but I have heard very good reports of this dealer and would have gone there had I not found what I wanted in the private market. I am told they leave on extras like awnings and other essential equipment with secondhand vans as opposed to some other dealers who try and sell these separately.
