Hi folks,

Right, I have decided to book the first friendly meet of this website. I have decided we are going to http://www.redlioninn-caravancampingpark.co.uk/ from 4 - 7 April 2008. I think this is an ideal spot for the first meet ,as it is situated central to those who have put their location on the map of the site. The price is £10.00 per night, which includes 1 x caravan and car, 2 adults and 1 dog if applicable. Electric hook up is £2 per night extra for those who want it. You will need to contact the website yourselves to book in. But remember, don't forget to tell them you are from Davies /caravanfacts, so that we can be all together in one place. Even if you are not member, why not come along and maybe you will want to join the site after.

Hope to see as many of you as possible.

Kids are more than welcome. Caravanning is about family and bonding, which includes kids.

So come on, get your names down and start putting faces to names. All are welcome.

Just follow the instructions on the rally section and we will see you on 4 - 6 Mar 2008 at the Red Lion, Riverside.

i wont be able to make this one i have managed to get a seasonal pitch from April so we will be settling the van in to that . i promise ill try and get to one by the end of season though

Sorry I have taken so long to reply, but I have been on hol's in the isle of Wight for 9 days. Don't ask about the weather!!!! Great to hear that there are a few more coming and maybe yourselves included. I will be there on Friday to set up, but will have to leave to have an MRI scan at 1915 hours back home. So it may be that only Elaine will be there to greet you all. I will catch up with everyone later in the evening when I get back.
