I am sorry that the attention you give to returning telephone calls seem to go hand in hand with the rest of your staff.
An order was placed October 23rd 2007, for a shower riser for my Adria caravan. It was ordered and paid for through McDonnell Caravans Ltd. Six months further on I am still waiting for the part to arrive at McDonnell Caravans apart from the job of fitting into my caravan before I go on holiday at Easter.
I have been promised this part by Ian Whipps to be delivered to McDonnell Caravans by the 7th March, appartantly this is not going to happen. This is not the first time a delivery date has not been adhered to. After numerous e-mails and telephone calls from McDonnell Caravans about supply of the shower riser it would appear that all we get are non truths and failed delivery dates.
I was also told today that you, the Managing Director of Adria Concessionaires does not accept incoming telephone calls, your receptionist has informed me that you do, so someone is telling another untruth.
Because of the treatment I have received from Adria Concessionaires I will not be purchasing another Adria caravan. I will also inform as many people that I can of the treatment and the luck of effort to supply parts. I will also be seeking renumeration for the shower riser and compensation for lack of use of my caravan and also the number of telephone calls/emails with your company.

I have been told be Adria in Slovinea that my part will be with the dealers by Wed. of this week . BUT I WON'T HOLD MY BREATH |
