Hi
I assume the fridge will light when a knob is held in and then when you release the knob the flame goes out. If this is the case then you have a faulty thermocouple or when the ignitor was replaced the thermocouple probe was not correctly positioned in the flame.
In any case it's a straight forward job for a competent person to do. If you can get to me (see WWW for location) I would be happy to have a look.

Hmmmmm, always the worst kind of problems, these intermittent ones! When was the last time the fridge was out and burner serviced? Depending on the type of fridge I suppose it could be possible that when the fridge gets down to temperature the flame drops to a smaller flame, not heating the thermocouple enough which will cut off the gas supply. But this doesn’t explain why it only happens once on a weekend!
If it's not been serviced for some time (which is usual as fridges are not usually removed and serviced as part of a caravans annual service unless requested by the customer) then I think this is the first course of action.
