The intention is to build a rally programme up for CF
To this end I am developing / migrating across the rally module used on MHF so that Rallies can be planned and names put down online to attend etc.
I am going to need a few people to help run the rallies, the volunteers will form a small team with a Co-ordinator, A secretary and a couple of assistants.
This team will scout around for suitable venues, make contact with sites and arrange dates and then enter them into the Rally organiser online.
I am waiting to hear back from an application for an exemption certificate which when completed will mean we can hold rallies on rally fields, but for now the rallies would need to be held at proper campsites.
Anyone who would be up for helping out either PM me or post in this thread.
If anyone can think of any suitable venues for our first couple of rallies please post in the >other thread asking for Venue Ideas< |
