Good
Morning All,
Looking for some help - we're new to caravanning and forums for that matter.
We bought a used Abbey GTS 212 last year - just me and hubby and are now looking for an awning. Size required is 821cms - any thoughts on which make we should go for - seems to be a HUGE variation in price !
Thanks for any help |

Thank you for your welcome and reply
I contacted a seller from the online trader caravan club site about his used awning but unfortunately it had been on there for 5 years and not sold so he binned it last year - maybe not a great bargain anyway !!
Have had a look at NR pullman as kind of middle of the range on price and pretty good for the sizing but can't see them advertised anywhere but their own website. Do you know if thats the only way to buy them.
We live north of Inverness so not alot of options for visiting dealers to compare. Didn't know if we should make the trek to Glasgow for the Caravanning show ! - however 4+ hours each way makes it a long day.
Thanks again for your help

I can vouch for NR awnings they are spot on!!! I had a pullman on our Abbey i now have a NR porch on our Buccaneer and i am very happy. their customer service is spot on!!!!!
If and when i buy a new full size awning it will be a NR if you do buy new get one of the poles that allows you to hang the awning open in the summer with the door half open its well worth it!!! I also got the bag last time if all goes in nicely |

Hi,
as well as caravanstuff4u, try towsure, although we got a full size awning with the van, I have purchased a sunncamp scenic plus from towsure which is a lightweight porch awning. Towsure are very good, competative prices and quick delivery as well.
