Hi folks.
This is just a quick post to let you know that if you wish to arrange a "MEET" at any time, please could you contact me first as the Rally Co-Ordinator. I can then book it in, so that it doesn't clash with any other events already in the pipeline. This will help you have a good meet and get the maximum numbers possible.
On another note, please be aware that we as an organisation are not allowed to organize a "Standard Rally" as these events require a certificate and are usually held in fields at a much cheaper rate than normal. The certificate has been applied for by the Head Honcho and you will be notified ASAP.
I am hoping to hold another "MEET" in September, but I would like the suggestion of time and place to come from you the members. |
